Administration

Shelli Strouf, Senior High Principal

Mrs. Shelli Strouf
Senior High Principal

I've been in education for 30 years, and have been an administrator at Senior High since 2005. I am passionate about education and making Bronc Nation the best that we can be. Outside of school, I love going to concerts and spending time in the sun. I am an OMA to 8 littles. They are the joy of my life!

Mr. Brian Kroll
Assistant Principal

This is my 23rd year in education, 10 as a high school math teacher, and 13 in school administration. I also have an art degree and am certified to teach art. I like building and design and have worked many years and summers in concrete construction, building, and remodeling. I have a beautiful wife and three daughters who keep me busy and in line. I am a sports nut (Go Broncs, Bobcats, Penguins, Orioles, Broncos, and Celtics), a Type 1 Diabetic, a Diet Dr Pepper addict, and a Nacho fanatic. I love being a part of Bronc Nation and am blessed to serve our students and families.

BELIEVE - BELONG - BECOME.
GO BRONCS!

I am starting my 9th year in education this year. I was a paraprofessional at Elder Grove where I worked with K-8th grade students. I was a basketball coach for three years there for both boys and girls for 5th/6th grade. I was then hired at Billings Public Schools where I taught 4th grade for four years. During that time I decided to return to school to get my administrative license. I subbed around the district, and at Senior High. I was then transferred to Bench Elementary where I taught 3rd grade for a year and then was hired on at Senior. I’m excited to be here and learn more about high school and help support students and teachers.

School- Attended MSU Billings for my undergrad (P-12 SPED & K-8 Gen. Ed. with a minor in Reading); MSU Billings Masters in Special Education and Administrator Certification in Special Education; MSU Bozeman for Masters in Administration. However, before going into teaching, I went to Cosmetology School in Minnesota. When I moved to Montana I worked for a company opening retail hair salons, six salons in four different states. I am a huge Minnesota Vikings fan; love the spring, summer, fall outdoors; love being on the water, and being next to the ocean.

I am so excited to join Bronc Nation as an administrator. I have been part of Senior High for many years as a parent and I have loved the school. It truly is a family!

I have 3 kids that are all former Broncs; Olivia, Natalie, and Liam. Olivia is a mama of 2, Natalie is a Senior at TCU's nursing school, and Liam is a freshman basketball player at Rocky Mountain College. When I am not at school, I love to be outside. I love to ride my bike, hike around our beautiful mountains, and watch some Bobcat football. I am also an avid gym goer. The YMCA helps keep me grounded.

Most of my classroom experience came from teaching first grade at Broadwater Elementary School. Some of my sweet first graders now are freshmen and sophomores here! It is great to see them in the hallways all grown up. I was also a literacy coach for the district. I did one semester of my Educational Leadership internship with Shelli Strouf and knew I wanted to be part of Senior High if I had the opportunity. I can't wait to continue to learn and grow in this role! Go Broncs!
