No bids accepted after the lot has been closed. In case of a tie bid, the bid submitted first will win the lot.

IN CASE OF A PROTEST OF AN AWARD OF LOT, SCHOOL DISTRICT #2 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS AND AWARD ALTERNATIVELY IF HIGH BID IS MISSED AND TO WAIVE ALL INFORMALITIES.
All complete lots must be paid for within 48 hours after being notified and picked up from the warehouse within 7 days of purchase by January 16th, 2026 at 3:00 pm. High Bidder will be notified after the auction ends.
BIDDER INDEBTED TO SCHOOL DISTRICT #2. Purchasers of Small Lot Sale/Garage Sale items shall make arrangements to pay promptly, all amounts administratively found to be due to School District #2 arising out of their purchases. All items must be paid for before they are removed off site.
- DEFICIENCIES. BIDDERS ARE CAUTIONED TO INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING. ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY.
- LOTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
- ORAL STATEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS. Any oral statement or representation by any representative of School District #2 changing or supplementing the invitation or contract of any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the bidder or purchaser.
- WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY. School District #2 reserves the right to make withdrawals of property offered for sale at any time prior to the sale.
- PAYMENT AND REMOVAL. Forms of payment accepted must be in cash, cashier’s check, school purchase orders or personal check. Proper picture identification must be provided for personal checks and purchase orders. No online/electronic payments.
- REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES. Property custodians are not responsible for and will not make any removal arrangements, including labor for packing, crating, removal and transportation.
- ALL BIDS FOR ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JANUARY 9TH AT 2:00PM.
- SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST REMOVE ALL PROPERTY BY 3:00 PM on January 16th, 2026.
- DESCRIPTION. School District #2 is selling all old/obsolete merchandise AS IS with no guarantee.
