The activities office strives to reserve safe, clean and comfortable hotels with a continental breakfast for our teams while staying within our budget constraints. In order to make sure our hotels are meeting these goals we ask that you fill out the survey below after each stay.
Once a person has been hired as a coach there are steps to take in order to receive a contract. A coach must meet with the school administrator where they are hired, an HR representative at Lincoln Center, a technology representative at Lincoln Center to have a school district email assigned, and Julie Glasson and Mark Wahl in the activities office at the warehouse.
In order for a coach to receive a contract, they must complete the following 4 online courses:
- NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
- NFHS Concussion in Sports
- NFHS First Aid Certification
- Sports Specific Rules Clinic
The NFHS First Aid Certification course must be taken every 2 years and costs $35.00. It may be submitted for 3 OPI renewal units. The NFHS First Aid course is the preferred course but one from the Billings Clinic or St. Vincent's Healthcare may be substituted.
- Participation Survey
- Sub request
- Rooming list
- Equipment request
- Volunteer Info
- Fundraising Approval
- Fundraising Report
All head coaches need to fill out a sub request for themselves and their assistant coaches who are district employees any time subs are needed due to coaching. The Activities office would prefer to have it filled out for the whole season at the beginning of the season but it should be turned in a minimum of two weeks prior to the absence. The district does not pay for subs for volunteer coaches. Please send to Julie Glasson in the Activities office at the warehouse.
Substitute Request form
At the end of the season, please fill out an equipment request for the following year. Submit it to the school's activity coordinator and/or principal for approval and then send it to Julie Glasson in the Activities office at the warehouse. Submitting it the year before avoids equipment not arriving in time for the next season.
Equipment Request form
Any time a group plans to have a fund raising activity, the coach or faculty sponsor must fill out a fundraising approval request form which must be signed by the building principal.
