The administrative liaison, in consultation with the Superintendent and the committee chairs, will prepare an agenda for each committee meeting.  Items for committee consideration may be presented at the monthly Agenda Setting Meeting by trustees, the Superintendent, the administrative liaison, or committee members.

For the Budgeting for Results, Planning and Development, and School Community committees, five members shall constitute a quorum. For all other committees a majority of the number of members of the committee shall constitute a quorum. Any committee member who fails to attend two consecutive regular meetings of a board standing committee shall have his or her membership reviewed. A member missing three consecutive regular meetings shall result in having that member removed from the committee.

Committee Records and Reporting

Committees will keep minutes that comply with § 2-3-212, MCA. Draft minutes will be distributed to the Board for review following committee meetings and will be presented for official acceptance at the next regular monthly meeting of the Board after their approval by the committees.   Committee chairs will make oral reports to the Board, at a regular Board meeting following the committee meeting, concerning significant committee actions or discussions
