District Programs & Initiatives At Billings Public Schools we are dedicated to providing a high quality K-12 education to all students. In order to meet the needs of our student population the district has developed a variety of programs and initiatives. Many of the programs are regulated by state or federal law such as Special Education and Indian Education. Other initiatives such as the Rewards After School Program and the Transitions Program are currently funded through program grants.
